Franklin's Restaurant @ Cluny Bank Hotel

Lloyd Kenny, the new
chef/owner of the Cluny Bank Hotel, is passionate about the food he produces and serves to
the guests. He has been in the trade for 35 years, since he was 14.
Lloyd personally
prepares, cooks and often serves the food for the restaurant.
We have an A La Carte Menu which offers the guest a
choice of 5 or 6 starters and 7 or 8 main courses all individually
priced. The menu changes on a fortnightly basis to enable us to use fresh
and seasonal product. All our meat is supplied by MacBeths Butchers of
Forres and Scottish Wild Boar from Beauly, our fish is supplied by The
Lossie Fish Shop in Elgin and Duncan Fraser Fishmongers of Inverness. Click to see

Dining
Franklin's
(Lloyds first name) Restaurant will be open to residents every evening from
6pm last orders 8.30pm.
We do envisage
the restaurant to be busy, and it may be wise and helpful to us, to book tables in advance
if evening meals are required especially at weekends.
Breakfast is served
7am-9am Monday to Friday and 8am-9.30am at weekends. If it is required
earlier this can be arranged.
