Being so conveniently positioned for both town centre and forest walks –from our doorstep- it is the perfect setting for a Christmas or Hogmanay Break in Morayshire, North East Scotland.  We will make you feel welcome and at home!

With just eight bedrooms, a cosy bar and dining room with Victorian features, combined with seasonal decorations and hopefully snow, you will find yourself enjoying an ultimately relaxed and truly festive season.
